- Similarity: Find compounds with similar molecular fingerprints
- Exact: Find compounds with identical molecular structure
How to Use
- Draw your chemical structure in the editor above
- Choose the type of search you want to perform
- Adjust similarity threshold if using similarity search
- Click "Search Structure" to find matching compounds
